    No I don't think he'll be as good as Redick or Langdon quite frankly but I'd love to be surprised. I'm still glad to see him going to Duke because I loved watching his brother at Davidson, and his dad was one of my favorite Hornets ever.

    I haven't seen him play but I'll be shocked if this is true. I'm not even convinced that Steph is a better player than Redick.

    Basketball opinions are good. Basketball opinions backed up by FACT are better. Pretty sure _Tet said Curry was going to be the best 'shooter' since Redick. Neither mentioned 'scoring'.

    Redick's shot was perfect. If Seth even gets anywhere close to Redick, I'll eat crow, but I just don't see it happening.

    which JJ? the Freshman/Soph JJ or the Senior JJ?

    Id say Steph is equal to JJ but hard to say givin the day to day talent levels both were playing against.

    Should have added that it's not exactly a huge feat. I don't have much confidence at all that Scheyer or Singler will make that wide-open 3. Seth Curry should, that's all I'm asking for in a shooter. It's more of an indictment of Duke's supposed 'shooters' than it is claiming that Seth Curry will be as good as Redick. As I stated above I'd be shocked if he's as good as Langdon was, we'll see.
