Is there a better time of day to weigh-in? Why am I weighing less in the afternoon than I did this morning?

That's what I always thought, but then someone told me to wait until mid-day. I thought I would weigh MORE then, but today and for the past few days I've weighed less in the afternoon. I don't understand how that can be.

    water

doesn't matter what time of day you weigh yourself...just do it at the same time each time. you only need to do it once a week...there is a lot of fluctuation caused by water.

thanks, that's what I thought. I know I've been crazy with the scale--I'm not usually like that. It keeps me going when I see the numbers dropping though :)

This question really should have been presented in R&R. I'm biting my lip/fingers and cant believe you got a "fluid" response from Boo. This shit really should be in R&R...:laugh1:

Try taking it off of the carpet and place on a hard surface if you want to see something really crazy
