    The NFL made the Panthers put Jenkins back in so he would be injured.

    And he'll look dominant during next year's preseason and first 6 snaps next year?

    Nonsense to presume that a guy who's missed 2/5 of his pro career immediately AFTER he gets millions of dollars, and who has admitted to problems with weight and drinking, MAY not be coming back?

    I'd have to say that, at least, the odds of him coming back to 2003 form are against him. He might come back - and I hope he does - but like Davis, it would be smart to plan around him. (hopefully better).

    Additionally - as dominant as he looked, it didn't keep the Saints from taking nearly 10 minutes to shove it down our throats.

    Torn ACL or not.If you are giveing up on the season after week one then you are not a true Cat,s fan.Sure loseing Jenkins to season is a huge lost.But at the some time it take 53players to play the game Not 1.If all the other guys on D pick up there game.Then we should be fine
