    Any ideas on how to sell your car other than the basic stuff like advertising it in the paper?

    I would imagine that they only give you a very low dollar offer for it. They have to turn around and try to make money selling it to the public.

    Yep, still a way to get rid of the car though. Not a good way to get top dollar.

    I would rather give it a while and see if I can sell it myself. I may put it on Ebay. I have sold two campers on there so maybe I can sell a car too.

    It is that Dodge Caravan I talked about being upside down on in the other thread. I am going to borrow enough to pay it down to where I can sell it.

    It is a 2005 model with 40k miles. I have it listed in the local sales paper for $10k.
