Selling my house

    I don't have time for any of that. It's easily worth that much to me for someone who knows what they are doing to take care of it.

    If I can ever get completely moved out of it then I will have to make a decision on this. I am looking to get about $120k out of the house, so 6% is $7,200. That would pay off some other bills I have.....

    That's precisely the point - $7200 pays for hiring a personal assistant to take care of everything the agent would, and saves you thousands for other things in addition. Agents need to go get real jobs.
