I didn't read all of the answers, but my response is this:

He'll never be able to pay you what that land will be worth in the end. Not for the aggrevation and the privacy y'all have now. It isn't worth it. Your lot is huge, don't mess with it.

    end.

    I'm lost...
The piece of land we're talking about is so small, and silly that when you were here, you would've just assumed it was the neighbors yard anyway, so it wouldn't hinder the privacy or the size of our usable yard in any way. Besides... the power company already took away all the privacy that we DID have. The neighbor is actually dropping some cash on planting trees in his yard to restore some of that privacy.

Like I told HW from the beginning, I am 97% likely to decline any offer he makes, but I'll entertain the idea and see what is involved while I await an actual cash offer.... Then we'll decide for sure from there.

Make believe it's part of your farmville estate and put up a windmill or at least a basket of eggs on it. Speaking of which I need some help on the new growing house or whatever the phuck it is. Cats are asleep and refuse to help

They can have one windmill, under 40 feet high.
