    Memphis Tiger season ticket holders settle out of court after Derrick Rose and John Calipari agree to pay $100k each. The judge should have thrown this out as no one "should" expect a full four years out of players anymore and Calipari is known to trash a program and move on. Probably cheaper to give 100k instead of paying lawyers fees but still judge fucked up IMO

    It was a settlement. A judge had nothing to do with it.
