    compensation?

    never mind, it's a 2nd and possibly more. Carr hits the market as soon as the ink dries on the deal. I'd rather have him than any FA QB on the market now, but only at the right price.

    What's the compensation? Last I heard was, like a first round pick(?). Of course, that may have been a smokescreen from the Tweetys.

    or they know Shaub is overrated and can take a QB with the extra 2nd that could replace him ane potentially Vick

    Pretty sure Carr wants to start somewhere. Unless we were going to let him compete w/ Jake, which is improbable, he wouldn't want to come here.

    Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans are on the verge of a trade that would send QB Matt Schaub to the Texans in exchange for a swapping of first-round draft picks in this year's NFL Draft, a second-round draft pick in this year's draft and a second-round pick in 2008. Schaub is trying to work out a long-term deal with the Texans. While the deal is not yet finalized, it is expected to be completed Wednesday, March 21.
