Ok, a friend and I want to get tickets from a scalper Sunday, so I need some help from those of you in the know. Where is a good place to get the tickets and when should we get them? Do you get better prices the closer you get to the stadium, and being as this is against TB, should I try to get them earlier than gametime?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i usually try to be there by 11. find a parking lot a good ways from the stadium. this serves two purposes, cheaper parking and you'll pass more scalpers. i don't bullshit around w/ them very much. have an idea of where you want to sit and how much you want to pay. if they don't want it, go to the next person. i've never had to sit in the upper level and i've never paid more than $40. if you are willing to take a chance and wait, you can get lower's for as low as $15, but then you may not get shit.

I have never had a problem. Never pay face value, unless we are in the playoffs. :D.

Good idea on walking a bit... But I would not even start shopping for them to hard before noon.

But I have sat all over that stadium, and so far my favorite seat is Panthers side, uppder deck about 5 rows high anywhere between the 20 yard lines. You can still see faces and get to see the play develop. I have sat row 1 50 yard line which was cool, and row 20 lower level... just don't get to see as much football down low, IMO.

Thanks. What do you think is a good price? Would 50% of face value be reasonable to expect, or should I expect to pay closer to face? I'd hate to pay 3/4 of face value when a scalper would take less.

Thats a tuff call. I have heard all kinds of stories. It usually depends on my mood. I think if you go with the expectation of saving 20%, you'll get that or better.
