    Annoying assholes. People that try to "spread THEIR story" only turn people off to it. At least me. If I gave a shit about THEIR story, I'd ask. :agreed:

    Let me ask you this question. If your car broke down in the middle of the night in a bad neighborhood and you saw ten big guys coming down the road towards you would it make any difference if they were standing on the corner passing out tracts and witnessing to people before you broke down?

    If most evangelism was that subtle and gentle, I seriously doubt there would be as much resentment of it as there is in today's world.

    I think that is the way it was intended to be spread. The bible is not full of accounts where the gospel was spread through fear and intimidation. I agree though some people go about it the wrong way and turn people off. I also think that some resent it because it brings them under conviction....
