THE BOTTOM LINE: What happened here? WFNZ hyped this up quite a bit last year with Penner coming back to Charlotte. Why did things didn't go as well for him the 2nd time around? Could it be that his schtick doesn't work here (despite having some loyal listeners) ? ? Why did bringing him back last year was a good idea but barely a year later DJ Stout & Co. decided to cut bait and let him go? Was this another cost cutting move by the station ? Hmmm, maybe the Observer will get to the bottom of this**

This is going to happen, I'm good friends with the guy that will do the morning talk show. He's scheduled to sign a contract in a week or so.
I've wondered if Rosinski is going to move, b/c he's part of Fontana's company, Karas or something I can't spell.

I just hope that from 3PM until there's some kind of sports talk besides Fucking Packer.

 

Does this town really need 4 local sports shows a day? They all talk about the same things.

 

They could have 100 and it wouldn't matter if they all had 'the mayberry mafia' and 'mike from gastonia' type garbage.
