Sandman

A few weeks ago, I was at Schlotzky's having lunch with some folks from TBR, and we were discussing the board.

Your name came up, and I stated that you were the only person on my ignore list. Magnus was there, and he was surprised (no one else was).

Magnus spent the next couple of minutes defending you. That's all I remember of the conversation, and I still have you on ignore. But since you keep saying things to the guy, you should know that he's the only person I've ever heard defend you. Ever. He didn't say a bad thing about you.

i will have to confess something as well. thank you for bringing this up.

i have had numerous conversations with c. he is one of the most honorable persons i have ever met (that i have not met face to face!). we have spoken of the sandman subject a few times, and i noticed c harbours no ill will on sandman. further, i admire his integrity and sense of fair play. c also is persistent to point out to sandman the point of any and all issues that is being discussed. he takes the time to type all that. man, that is way beyond the call of his moderator duties, i think. for a person so young, i cannot begin to tell you how impressed i am of him, meat.

i know you are bound to read this, c. sorry. just stating my personal opinion. just the facts as i see it. coming from me, i know this bears very little weight to sandy. i dont care. the above is true. when sandy accuses you of shit, i feel bad for sandy, not you. i know you too well. too bad he doesn't. i doubt if he will ever have that pleasure. sad. dont ever change, c. you are fine. you have friends. true friends.

 

I have defended him at times...to an extent. That is to say, much of what I post has little to do with posting links and such. I have backed him on that front. I just get tired of the statements that are so far out in right field like a T-ball game type of RF. You know, pickin daisys shit.
The ONLY difference between me and Sandy is really about thinking or rereading your own post b4 submitting. That and acceptance of criticism. I am a tool, and have been called on it many a times, no sweat off my sack. Sandy just needs to accept being proven wrong and thank people for the info. Right til your proven wrong.
OH, and beating a dead horse isn't good policy either.
Until recently, I didn't read much. Even now I just read Page 2 on ESPN, mostly Bill Simmons. And of course, the intelligent, thought provoking jazz you cats spew.
