    , with salsa. The simple kind of salmon patties with egg, flour, some dill, salt and pepper, hot sauce. Mix up, spoon into some hot oil, brown up and serve.

    my son hid a salmon patty in the trash can in his room one time. after a few days it stunk real bad.

    i love them anyways.

    I loved the way my mom made salmon paddies when I was a kid. Very simple: just mix an egg or two in with a drained can of salmon, add little salt, make a paddy, "roll" in flour and fry 'til brown. yum yuuuumm :)

    Or maybe she added flour to the salmon and egg, then made the paddy. I forget.

    The only thing I hate is digging all the skin and bone out of the can before I make my patties. I know a lot of people don't do this, but I'm picky.
