    morrocan spice rub -

    corriander seeds (toasted and crushed)
    cumin seeds (toasted and crushed)
    mustard seeds (toasted)
    turmeric
    salt and pepper

you can use prepackaged corriander and cumin if you don't want to bother with toasting and crushing them...

mix em and rub on your fillet and then fry or grill...

i just eyeball the proportions... for 1 pound, it's probably like 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of corriander and cumin. 1/4 to 1/2 tbspn of mustard seeds. 1 tbspn of turmeric. salt and pepper to taste.

    Dear SF,

This is two-six were talking about here. Things like corriander, cumin and tumeric aint gonna cut it. Us folk down here aint too sure what that stuff is anyway.....could be gay, I'm not sure. Try something like salt, tartar sauce or hog lard, then we can commence to havin' us a fish eatin'.

    Yours truly,
    Gordon V. Idiot

We like the same foods, the same movies, and at least some of the same internet sites. If it wasn't for baseball and the 2,000 miles between us, we could be pretty good friends. :)

yeah, but if you liked baseball you'd probably be a yankees fan, and that would ruin it all. :xyzthumbs

Doubtful. I tend not to root for the most bloated, egotistical, big-money franchises. I usually like the underdogs more. If I was a baseball fan, I don't know who my team would be, but I'd prolly root for teams like the Cubs, the Indians, maybe the D-backs. I dunno.
