I'll give y'all my recipe for good stuff.

    Olive Oil (lighter kind)
    Red wine vinegar (splash)
    1 tsp soy sauce
Balsalmic Vinegar ...good quality (more of this to equal olive oil almost)
    Brown Sugar

    Stir
    Stir

    Stir
    Stir

    Til brown sugar isn't grainy.
    Tis good. Try it.

To the above, I've also added, fresh lime juice, herbs when I have them, and ground red pepper.

Depends what you are serving it with.

Sounds awesome, I'm definetly going to try it.

I also like Ken's Steakhouse dressings. Better then other name brands.

Let me know how you like it!

There are other things you can use it on too... ie marinade for veggies or fish.

This is the salad I typically put it on:

    Spring Mix of lettuce
    Romaine Hearts
    Cherry tomoatoes sliced in halves
    Jicama sliced really thin
Sweetened Pecans or Walnuts (let me know if you don't know how to do this)
Feta or Blue Cheese crumbles (doesn't take much)

I would just buy those sugared pecans or Walnuts in the salad mixins at WalMart. But I do know how to sugar stuff.
