Just bought it yesterday in the used section of gamestop. that games bad ass way better than gta.

 

Better than GTA 4? I find that hard to believe.

 

it's more over the top and goofy than GTA, so it's a different style. It's not better than GTA as a whole package though.

It's $9.99 at circuit city now too, so it's a cheap pickup.

 

You get to make your own guy, the play is pretty much the same. and you can make your own cars.

 

The "insurance scam" missions are hilarious. Run out in the street and get hit by cars on purpose; you get thrown around like a rag doll and can't be killed by vehicles while the mission is active. Bonus insurance payout money for altitude, distance, and getting bounced off multiple vehicles with one hit. Over the top but funny as hell.

I haven't played through the whole game, but I think it's a fair competitor with the GTA franchise. If you like one you should like the other.
