    The Orginial Sahara is on tonight with Huphrey Bogart. Pretty cool movie about a tank commander retreat across the desert.

    actually i think it will be ok. from what i have read most everything in the movie happened in the book. there are a couple of plot twists however that were creative embelishments from the book in order to make it a "good movie". it will be better than raise the titanic.

    I've seen the trailer on the QuickTime site. They got some blond guy playing Al, and he's more goofball than pleasant-but-deadly sidekick. And Matthew whatshisface doesn't do it for me as Pitt. I'm leary.

    al giordino would have to be one of the hardest to cast characters ever. i think dude will be ok as al, and mathew wtf have the pitt demeanor down. i'm more worried about the screenplay.
