    I just hope either the Red Sox or the Yankees don't make the playoffs. All you're gonna hear about if they do is the second round matchup they'll have instead of concentrating on all the other games. I think the Cardinals win it all. and the Angels win the AL.

    Though it looks like the Boston will force a game on Monday to decide the division, I have to wonder how much it means to them since they are in the playoffs either way. It's either go to the Los Angelas Angels of Aneihiem of the greater Inland Empire of California, or Chicago South.

    Is it worth the extra day, extra pitches on that staff, who you travel to?

    Granted, I say this as a nuetral observer, but big picture seems more important than beating the Yankees in a fairly meaningless game.
