At least he's not Embree. He got jacked AGAIN last night.

Plus, that was a bullshit call on Renteria. He was transferring the ball.

good site for keeping tabs on sox prospects. has links to all their affiliates. First rounder Craig Hansen has been lights out as a reliever in the GCL and got promoted to AA Portland.

You think there is any chance they call him up in Sept?

I think it's possible when rosters expand. They'll recall Papelbon and could call up Dustin Pedroia, although the way Graffanino's playing, I don't see them having both Pedroia and Bellhorn on the roster.

I think Grafanino turns out to be the key trade they made all year. Anywho. Big series coming up. Real big. They need to win - and win big - so I can heckle Solarte about that and him being a crappy weatherman.

Papelbon had his second good start last night. right now he appears an upgrade over Wade Miller.

Ortiz rocked both of those homers. Never a doubt. Did you notice that Manny almost got thrown out at second on his 10th inning double because he was loafing? I'm all for Manny being Manny, but that could have screwed the Sox bad. What is up with Remlinger? They have got to fix the bullpen.

I think that Schilling is having a hard time bouncing back from day to day - it's just not natural for him. God, I hope Foulke comes back strong.

The Tigers have some pretty good young pitching.

Remlinger's best days are way behind him. still don't know why they picked him up. how could anyone think he'd ba an upgrade over embree.

I'm wondering if schilling's ankle is as well as is being let on. I hope he moves back into the rotation soon. instead of waiting on foulke, maybe they let Papelbon close a game or two. the guy has 96mph heat and he can't possibly perform worse than schilling has.

I still think if the sox win another title, they do it by scoring six or seven runs a game through the playoffs.

Even davew would have been an upgrade over Embree. I hate to say it, but I gotta think roids in his case.
