Houston has plenty of OFs, so that probably wouldn't interest them all that much.

Hey Collin - if you have a subscription to Baseball America, could you let us know where the Sox fall in their organization rankings? If you could post the round up of their prospects that would be greatly appreciated too.

    Thank you.

Edit - Holy shit - like half that list is in Greenville. I gotta get down there to see some games.

Delcarmen is pitching well, so I don't think that Theo needs to go get a power right arm to come out of the pen now. Obviously, Schilling's return is a big key too. But even if you put him as a number 2 or 3 starter, I think that he is going to be fine, and Becket seems ready to be the number 1 anyway.

So, if they are going to make a trade, I just hope they don't go after a big name and give away the future. Because all we really need are a few role players (if we even really need that).

I'd love to see the Spanks panic into mortgaging the future and then tank.

Tim Wakefield: Mr. Inconsistency. The good news is he'll probably throw seven scoreless next time out.

edit: Wake has been winning lately, but giving up too many runs in the process. Bailed out by the offense. that didn't happen yesterday. the guy needs to turn in more quality starts.

That's life with a knuckleballer though. They are going to have some games where it just isn't working.

eight games up on NY; seven in the loss column.

now we count on Julian Tavarez to stop the bleeding. Hoo-fucking-ray.

I fully expect them to go a little run. They are playing absolutely shitty teams for pretty much the entire month.

We just need to start hitting. Fuck JD Drew and Julio Lugo.
