    "I can't believe it, baby! Leaving off a team like (insert name of any team not in the field of 65 here) is beyond belief. Why, they have PTP'ers - diaper dandies galore, they're up & coming! Mark my words, they (again, insert team here) should sue the NCAA for this travesty of justice.

    Dick Vitale, to Jim Livengood, member of the selection committee: "Jim, you guys did an awesome job picking the teams, baby! I can't imagine a more worthy group for the tournament. Why, even the West bracket seems "solid" . I don't know how you did it - congrats - and anyone criticizing this field...well, they don't have a leg on which to stand"...

    Dick Vitale, on one team becoming familiarly absent from the Big Dance:

    "Hey, where are the Smurfs baby! There going to the OTHER tournament! Yep - the NIT - the Nearly Incompetent Tournament. I'd be broadcasting their games, but why be a homer for a team that will have a different coach next season? Yep, you heard it here first - Vanilla Ice will be gone...replaced by (insert name of any acquaintenance of Dickie V here)...and then the Heels will be back to prominence, baby!"
