Running METS Thread

We will see.Btw how come you don't like the Braves when you stay in south?.Did you leave in New York City before moveing to the south?

 

never even been to ny. i have just always liked the mets. since we dont have a local team i was looking for a team to root for when i was young and the mets were winning and i liked alot of their players and the braves were sucking ass then so i sided with the mets and have stuck with them and always will. like i said i used to somewhat pull for the braves because my granfather was a huge braves fan. i used to watch them with him even though they sucked. when they started getting good in the early 90's after my granfather had passed away i wanted them to win a few ws but now i am just sick to death of them winning the division every year and not winning shit in the playoffs. this is the mets year, i just have that feeling. GO METS!!!!! GO UNC!!!

 

Lucky for me i move to the state in 1995 when the Braves was Very good .But i must say that in 1995 i was not a baseball.I would say this if the braves were not on TV so much i probably would not like the braves or any other team in baseball.But as Home team i think alt of people in the south as looking at the braves as the home team

 

At this pace, Mets will finish at 130-32

 

as much as i would love to see that it will never happen( for any team at any time). 90-95 wins could happen though it more likely will be 85 - 90 wins and deep in the playoffs. so far so good. i just hope the sucklanta braves slow start continues all year.

lol, it does seem like every year another team will over take the braves but they keep on winning the division anyway. i really think this will be the year it ends even if its not the mets that do it.
