...Roy Williams back is acting up bad today and he's in Cary for emergency treatment.

Not sure on the status for this game, but the UNC fans will never hear the last of this if Roy isn't able to go and dook blows the Heels out.

I am sure though if he can't make the game and UNC loses the game he will let the lose stand on his record.

Doesn't seem like they really would have any room to talk.

i remember one time at work we started a project. about two weeks into said project i had knee surgery. my group went and did a terrible job on the project while i was still on disability. the project was going fine but i had to have my knee operated on. now, should i be reprimanded for the shitty project that was finished up by my coworkers?

yes, because it was a joint operation. If your name wasn't associated at all with the project then you should be cleared. Lets say you were the project manager... the manager selects the team. The Manager selects who will be over each operation and makes them team leaders... or assistants. When you leave you should've selected competent leaders to handle everything in your absence and and you project team that was chose by you should be able to complete the job just as you were there. So if they fail its just as much YOUR failure.
