    On ESPN this morning! Don't know if they will have it on their site or not.

    The fucker is kicking ass and taking names. Nice show about practice. In one part he was telling McCants how it is. I think he will straighten out the headcase or the headcase won't be there.

    I agree with you on that. Just think of how bad he prob has to get on McCancer when the cameras aren't on.

    Actually by showing that on film, it pretty much shows that it's not a problem, but nice wish by a dookie.

    I just watched it a second time and Bohlander and Miller were getting some very nice love. Miller can't play until next year, but if Bohlander can step in right away and play the 4 some, then that would give us a little depth.

    I loved Roy telling McCants not to roll his eyes at him when he's speaking!

    The part about Roy saying that the players needed to be stroked a bit because they'd lost so many games confused me. How would he know that, he's never been associated with a situation like that anywhere. I don't disagree with him, it just surprised me. It was a well done story by Bilas & ESPN.

    Wow...I remember when I posted about McCants WAY back when I saw him in the Jordan classic as a talented player who showed no emotion and I got ripped. Why are yall ripping the GREAT McCants now?

    Roy will get ten times the latitude to yell and scream and rant and deride than Doherty got. Roy is a likeable guy but he's a hardcore coach. All the "boys" that didn't like Doherty's attitude won't have much fun playing for Williams.

    But the big difference is they'll win. If Doh had been winning he would still be there. And Roy will turn them into better, disciplined players too.

    Saw on the news tonite that the Heels are ranked 9th in the pre-season polls. Dont really know if thats a good thing or not?

    Nice to be gettin some props anyways.
