Boeheim is nowhere near a top ten coach anymore, hell he's fourth at best in his own conference. If you don't want me calling you out on your stupid ass statments, then don't make them.

If you still want to argue, then ask yourself this question first...If you had a college program, needed a coach and could have anybody currently coaching at any program anywhere, how many people would you take before him? If the answer is less than 50, then you really don't know much about college basketball.

As far as your quip about a 6 year old being able to coach the 12 best players to a Gold Medal, well, that doesn't say a whole bunch about Larry Brown does it.

 

You dookies seem to have this thing about changing the conversation when you're behind. Don't care about Larry Brown - we're talking about K's gold vs. Dean's gold. You said it earlier - we won't get each other to see the other's perspective, so why even bring up Larry Brown?
You usually post decent perspectives and are one of the more rational dookies on here, but this comparison is ridiculous.

 

How is it ridiculous? You stated that ANYONE could win a gold with NBA All-Stars and I showed you one that couldn't get it done. Just because he happened to be a Dean Smith protege didn't factor into my post, it was just a neat byproduct.


If we're talking about K's gold vs Dean's gold why don't you find out how many NBA players Dean's team had to face on the way to his hard-earned gold? You know, since all you want to do is talk facts why don't you bring some? Or one?

 

I actually respect your opinion (one of the very few on this board), and I understand your view. I don't agree with it at all, so I assume we should leave it at that. I won't attack you or curse at you like most on this board seem to feel the need to do with every post. It's ok for two people to disagree.
