Young was awesome. 30 of 40, 262, over 400 total yards. Very decisive. He totally kicked USCs ass. That 17 yard touchdown run, he faked two guys out in the open field. And on the 4th and 4 play, he just blew past him, and out ran the other guys.

Come out now, Vince. Get your money.

And Matt Leinhart needs to drink a frosty mug of shut the fuck up. Even after he got off the field, he was running his mouth. Saying how well they played, ran and threw on them all night, and said "well, we gave up some plays to him here and their." Try 400 yards, Matt. You got beat. Tip your hat.

yeah, speaking of hype exploding out the roof. I'm gonna fucking hate that guy throughout draft time.

oh, and any talk of how USC would've been the best team ever is legit. How many modern teams have pulled off 3 NCs in a row? It would've been deserved. Texas made the plays when they needed, Texas finally got a single stop in the second half and they made the best of it.

Vince Young = 2006 version of Randall Cunningham.

That's probably a fair assessment, though he's probably not stupid.

vince young went on off on a defense that 10 other qb's and rb's did also. Still like him though. I'd rather him than either vick.

I wouldn't go so far as to say lucky when it comes to Young. That was the Texas MO all season long - Young just carried them when the rest of the team wanted to fuck off. They'd have been dead at Okie St if it weren't for Young doing shit like he did last night.

    Good for Texas. And Mack.
