That in the end is the only thing that will get their attention. That and a Senator with an ugly bill.

People know, KNOW, guys are juiced. 7 percent tested positive this past year, we just don't know who. And this on a fairly weak testing program.

But everything has continued to go up, up, up. Finacially, baseball is doing great, even the mid-market teams.

FWIW, I don't think its 60%. Guys like Jeter, Griffey, and A-Rod probably don't juice, look at them. They aren't that big.

Now look at the guys who are smaller this year. Giambi. Sosa. And their numbers went south. Even McGwire is a lot smaller since he retired.

I think that they have a fairly good idea of who is and isn't. I think that the revolt may come from the players. They are tired of this crap leading to speculation about them. Gammons keeps saying that 70% or so of the players want a strong policy, but the union won't let them because they feel a real need to protect the stars - some of whom just got implicated.

It will be very interesting to see how the union deals with this. They can no longer really make it a privacy issue, IMO because other sports have strong policies. And if the government wants to get involved they can hammer baseball more than any other sport b/c of the anti trust exemption they have.

All the team union reps voted to push for stronger testing. Unanimous. And it seems the union cheif (forget his name) is going on reluctantly.

Let me walk you through this slowly and use as many small words as possible.

Hulka implied that it is ok for Bonds to use steroids because a majority of baseball players use them. I countered with the idea that Ruth and Aaron did not use them so it is unfair for Bonds to do so in chasing their records?

Did you understand that or are you still confused and feel the need to call someone a "dumb fuck"? If you are still confused prehaps I can draw you a picture or maybe create some charts and graphs......

Please be sure to be nice to your wife or um sister um same thing. Get her a new case of Redman for christmas.
