    Stern was out of line but Rome was an idiot to think the Commissioner would come on the radio and actually say, "Yes, the NBA draft is rigged".

    Have never been able to listen to Rome anyway.

    David Stern is awesome. This is the best thing to happen on Rome since Everett beat him up.

    Stern's always been hypersensitive about the topic, and in my mind would've been much better served explaining the process and what assurances the NBA goes to keep it on the up and up. Some people will never be satisfied, but it would work to quell the conspiracy theories instead of fuel them. Saying the question is off limits make me think twice even though I always come back to the conspiracy theories being absurd.

    That being said, Rome is an asshole/hack who is only listenable when he's interviewing someone, where he actually excels. Anytime someone offends him or better yet punches him I am highly entertained.
