    He is in trouble for having a loaded gun in his luggage when he went to the airport. I guess that is a big deal with terrorism and all that but he legally owned the gun, had a concealed carry permit and did not use it to do anything wrong. Seems like this should not be such a big deal. The constitution guarantees us the right to keep and bear arms.

    Doesn't matter. Its not allowed with a concealed permit when the building posts it outside. You can have your permit pulled for things like that.

    he'll be lucky not to be hit with a felony .you can have any permit you want and not get on a plane with a gun.

    Yes he did. What he did is against the law...and since 9/11, every knows it. You don't have to like the law...but you have to abide by it. His stupidity alone should land his ass in jail.

    The fact that people that stupid are given conceled carry permits is scary. There is no constitutional right to carry a firearm wherever you please....thank God.

    Why would you need a loaded gun in your luggage, why not just store it without the magazine?
