Yea, but he had a good game. He looked sharp. No fumbled snaps, no batch hand-offs, sharp passing, and most importantly, no glazed look on his face. And his passes were sharp. He didn't hit everything he threw at, but he had some drops. He played good. He got game. C'mon.

Minus that one low pass to Moose, he was on.

We got a small lead, and then took the ball out of his hands really. He had, what, 5 passes in the second half?

I haven't seen the time of possession figure, but it seemed we had the ball alot. We were very impressive coming out from our on 2 yrd line.

He has a Pro Bowl Caliber handoff. posted by Big Mark (who, by the way, should know);)

I also noticed that about Mr. Peete. I didn't have the pleasure of seeing this first-hand but I have reviewed some video and I like what I see.;)

"He just said, `It's going to be our day,' " Walls said. "He had a lot of confidence, a lot of poise, and he had the look in his eye. Someone in the huddle even commented, `I'm seeing a lot of steely eyes.' I saw it, too. The whole team did. We feed off that."

This is one of those things the stat books don't track, you can't measure it... I've been screaming about it for years. I'm still indifferent on Peete, kinda like I would be if Dilfer were here. He played a safe ballgame and we won... I'll take 15 more just like it... :D

I don't think that's a fair vote... I think Big Mark needs more reps with the first team to show what he can do.
