    Cool game. I think Shaq was suprised by Yao's defensive efforet. Shaq wore him down toward the end, and got his 30, but Yao made him earn it. Shaq had to go to the fade. He made some, but that's not his game.

    Yao's got some work to do on the post, develop a hook or something to get Shaq away from him. But he's the best athlete Shaq has ever faced. These two will be fun to watch.

    Steve Francis is fearless. Reminds me of Isaih.

    Where them people at who was thinking Jay Williams was going to be a better rookie?...yea right.

    In 3 years Yao will be the best center in the league.

    Scariest thing about houston is they are the 2nd youngest starting lineup team in the league....

    First NBA game I completely watched all year. You could tell Shaq was kind of shocked by Yao's play on defense. Houston is going to be a serious playoff contender from what I saw last night.

    i dont know who am thinkin about. thought francis was that bomb draft pick from st. anthony's. his 4th year? LOL figures.

    yao ming will be seasoned by end of this year...and houston is gonna be the team the lakers and the kings will have to take very seriously. i mean, serious...like cancer! ha.     ;)

    cool, he's got an interpreter! too cool!!! all of shanghai was watching that morning! yao will be americanized in no time, tho. :cool:
