    Ron said he was misunderstood and didn't understand why people criticized him for inviting his wife and daughter to join him on the sidelines. He said it set a good example for the players to see how important family is.

    I don’t see him getting another HC position. He’ll prolly end up with an assistant position with the Raiders.
