Ribs. Wet or Dry?

    What? It's later isn't it?

    Sam’s Mop Sauce

    1 Lemon
    1 Cup water
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    ½ teaspoon red pepper
    1½ to 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
    ½ to 3 teaspoons Worchestshire sauce
    1 ½ teaspoons black pepper

    with vegetable peeler, remove peel from lemon; squeeze juice from lemon. In heavey, medium saucepan combine lemon peel, juice and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Place saucepan on grill to keep warm if space permits.
