Noteworthy tepper embarrassed only at how much rhule cost

 

Honestly, the whole roster is pretty fucking depressing outside of Taylor Moton and DJ Moore. McCaffrey is still great when he's on the field, which is basically four games a year now. After that, there's a group of young players who've plateaued into solid rotational pieces (yes, including Burns), and then a steep dropoff into practice squad level talent. It's bad.

 

im probably calling down the bull Moose thunder here but has Moore ever taken over a game? Feels like we're still waiting for the next step every offseason.

 

Moore reminds me very much of Moose. Best #2 in the NFL. Probably isn't the focal point for defensive coordinators but you can't just ignore him either.

Before "black monday", on a scale of 1-10 how likely is Rhule to be fired?

Everything I've read is saying one more year and there has been little mentioned.
I'm not saying he gets fired but it wouldn't surprise me.

I think there's a slightly better chance Rhule is fired further into January, depending on what he does with his staff. If he promotes Nixon to permanent OC, that might be the thing that causes Tepper to snap. But I still think all of that is unlikely. He won't be fired Monday unless Tepper goads him into a fist fight.

Isn't Rhule's entire contract guaranteed?

 

It's 60 guaranteed with 10 million in incentives. That's business acumen you wouldn't get from other owners.
