    it's nitpicking...add value. the point is that people kill themselves by not buying index funds with very low fees, trying to outguess when the numbers are SO clear that VERY few people beat the indexes. your 401k should be meeting the indexes (pre-fee), and possibly beat them if you get some insider info :).
