Is anyone familiar with this? I've noticed recently that occasionally after going to bed I feel like I need to shift the position of my left leg every minute or so. It's not in pain, numb or anything like that, just a weird "sensation" (for lack of a better term) that the leg isn't comfortable. It doesn't really keep me from falling asleep that I can tell and doesn't wake me in the middle of the night.

I sort of thought it sounded crazy the first time I heard of the condition a few years back, but over the last few weeks have begun to wonder if that's what I'm experiencing.

great start for sure.......i also suggest pulling one knee up to your gut or chest area(much like leaping over a fence position) while laying on your side, R or L during sleep time......should help.

I don't know if I'd call it a disease or not. Anyhow, alas, I too have suffered greatly from the pesky restless legs malady; in my case the one to the left of my other two legs. :)

One has a tendency to not feel a hell of a lot when they're out on their feet.

I just jump up and do about 5-10 minutes of good hard River Dancing. Drinking a water glass full of bourbon will also help.
