Normally, if i had heard of this, i would have thought it's just another made-up name for a physical ailment. However, now that I'm experiencing it, i'm going absolutely crazy from feeling so antsy. It's common in pregnant women and i have 4-6 weeks to go. Other than getting up and down at night to pace the house, does anyone have any other suggestions? Plu, did you have this?

I get this when feeling preoccupied and worried about something...it will probably go away once the baby arrives safe and sound. In the meantime, try taking a hot shower, drinking warm milk, and reading something to take your mind off the situation before turning in at night...I'll keep you in my prayers that all will go well. You've quite a blessing in store...having a baby and watching it learn and grow up is wonderful.

Kakia, I was just thinking about you and wondering how you're doing!

My legs moved around a lot, but I attributed it to having the usual lowback and hip pain that comes with pregnancy. Have you tried laying on your back with a pillow under your knees? I don't think they suggest laying that way, but sometimes that was the only way I could get any rest. I also slept on the couch in a semi-upright position on my side, but propped up on pillows at the head, and that seemed to help as well. Good luck to ya honey, it's almost over and you'll have to really think about it to remember the unpleasant things about your pregnancy in just a few months.
