    Dook vs. Arizonia

If dook and Arizonia did play this year, I can see it now 52-52 with doook having the ball with 4.4 secounds left and a host of dook graduates dress up as the referees. Everyone will see in early Feb including dook, what UNC is really made of!!Just like zonia did yesterday.:spanka:

    That's fair enough.

I miss the days when Dook would go into hostile environments. I remember when we smashed Oklahoma's insane home winning streak when they had Brent Price.

Duke doesn't play top teams on that team's home court because (1) they don't have to and (2) Duke may lose. I guess it's part of the priviledge of playing Duke and all that crap. BTW, I think Georgetown plays most of its home games at the MCI center although they have an arena on campus. It must be too small or something.

so you think UNC, Kentucky, UCONN or Arizona HAVE to play home and homes? Of course they don't. But the big time matchups in mid season are good for the game. Season would be pretty boring without them

i think by playing in a hostile environment vs. tough competion enhances your ability to compete in the post season. it could give you a mental maturity, especially with a young team....hell, any team. but the college game to day is one of programs competing with players who may stick around for only a year or two....especially the top tier teams who recruit the best players that will bolt for the nba as soon as their stock dictates the best money. will this equate to national titles remains to be seen. but it cant hurt. it can only help. i like what roy has done/is doing with his regular season scheduling.

Has nothing to do with Duke being scared and everything to do with Roy being a moron. Duke plays top tier teams on neutral courts just like in the dance.

i dont see how it equates to roy williams being a moron nor would i say that k is running scared. if it were me, i would want to play the big dogs, or at least schedule the potential front runners, in order to season my team. i think both schools play tough competion. winning in march is the only thing that matters though and thats what i put stock in anyway. k has won in march as good as any other. there are valid points to be made either way.

The only valid point to make is that sly dreams of eating yams from Scheyer's gaping bitch-hole.
