    in the old days, the mommas used to squirt some of their own nipple milk in the recipe. If it was only her and poppa home, she would also douse with the milk before adding it in.

    but it's southern italian, from the heel of the boot (which, incidentially, is where Pietro's hot sauce (the forebearer to Texas Pete's) was first made).

    I made my momma's last night. box of cheap stuff, two eggs, cup of milk, and 2 cups of grated cheese. Cook the mac, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with powdered cheese stuff, pour in the egg, milk, and cheese. Mix and microwave for 20 minutes. You don't get no better eat'n than that.

    Well that almost answers my question. I have never put eggs in M&C. Do you whip up the eggs?
