Red vs Orange Peppers

    I was going to make stuffed red peppers tonight. The red peppers had a odd shape that would make it in possible to place in a pan upright. The orange ones had a lot better shape. The orange are probably not as strong but is there any other difference in taste or texture?

    just cut the bottoms off a little to make level or make a "boat" out of foil to hold it up. green peppers work the best :twocents:
