    sorry, mayo on fish is fuckin gross. if you have to scrape it off, why even put it on? to give it that nasty-ass mayo taste? bbq sauce would be better on that fish. :barf2:

    nothing personal, I hate mayo anyways. and I'm sure I miss out on some foods with it, I just didn't expect it to be fish. :twocents:

    You don't like tartar sauce? I make my own tartar sauce out of sweet pickle relish and mayonaise only.[Some folks like onions in it.]

    this was one of the better broiled versionsof this recipe. i added a pinch of mustard to the mayo.

    fwiw you use less than a tbs of mayo to cover a 1 lb filet. mayo is basically egg and oil whipped.
