    Staying the course. Div. Reinvestment=buying shares cheap. I have lost some value(less than expected) but I am not selling anytime soon so let's see what happens.

    If it gets to bad I could smelt all my moms old silver into ingots. :indian_brave:

    I did stick some cash into a CD yesterday as I'm pretty sure the Fed is going to lower the damn rates again.

    Speaking of mortgage rates, what effect does a recession usually have on mortgage rates. I'm thinking of refinancing.
