He'll learn. There's no way he's out screwing us compared to Howard. Three plays not being there to help isn't as strong as ten completions.

The difference is, when Richardson takes bad steps, and he does, he's a half second slower getting there.

 

Howard wasn't the one that got beat for the Touchdown. The announcer pointed to Morgan but it was OBVIOUSLY Grant that blew the coverage.

Why are we arguing which of our players sucks more? They're both still young and learning. The key is do they learn from their mistakes? We'll see as the weeks go by. (though honestly I image Fair will beat out Howard for the start soon)

 

I like Howard much better as a nickle right now. He's just not quite ready to be out on the edge by himself. However, I do agree Grant failed to be in position over the top, making Howard look like the problem...that was probably a 50/50 deal though.
Fair and Cousins on the corners with Howard at Nickle is a pretty tight set of DB's, if Fair can stay healthy.

 

Because you called Grant our weakest defensive link based on one play and then some of us disagreed.
