    1) The Panthers held the ball for almost 34 minutes, compared to just over 26 minutes for the Ravens.

    2) No Turnovers for Panthers - one for Ravens (Morgan)

    3) Rushing Totals - Ravens 19 for 77yrds Panthers 36 for 145

    4) Penalties Ravens 6 for 45yrds Panthers 6 for 35 yrds

    Need to work on:
Passing yards: Ravens 20 for 218yrds Panthers 12 for 136yrds

All in all the Panthers controlled the game by running and stopping the run and by NOT TURNING THE BALL OVER.

If we keep that up we will be right there against EVERY team on this schedule.

A would be my score for this game. What is yours?
Better passing game and that is an A+

    B. I can't give an A for a game where we only scored 10 points.

Defense an A easy. Offense a B *no turnovers, so huge, other wise a D*, Special Teams B- (missed field goal). The offense executed the gameplan, and it wasn't sexy, but the W is worth spanking it to.

It'll be interesting to see what the gameplan is against the Lions. Did ya'll know we ran 64% of the plays? Holy shit. The passing yards concerned me yesterday, b/c Redmon, IMHO, ain't real good. But neither is Mcmahon or Harrington, at least not yet.

Man, I hope Foster is ready for the Packers. Our defense will face a big test against Ahman green at home. Ball control Football kicks butt.

Yea, whoever starts for the Lions next week needs to see a lot of blitzing and pressure early. Lets get da bastard rattled a bit. Also, I would look to pass a bit more on Detroit. They have a descent DL but suspect secondary.

Also, the Panthers controlled the ball on the ground against the 2ND rated defense from last year. Sure they aren't the same Ravens but they still have talent over there.

Our D is going to have to be seriously disciplined against the Lions if McMahon starts. That guy's a lot like Fasani should be in a year or two--totally unpredictable with a decent arm, great feet, and a serious gambler. He showed me a lot last year on Thanksgiving against the Packers in the Silverdome.

IMO, Stewart is no better than Lewis, but he does have a better line in front of him. The upside is that the turf (?) of Ford field should give us an even better speed advantage at LB.

But like Magnus has stated, the Lions' DL is one heck of a lot better than Baltimore's is. That second year DT Rogers is a beast. Led all DL in tackles last year as a rookie. Lamar is going to have a tough time running between the tackles, I think. Which, of course, makes the question at QB even more interesting...

Uh, the game is at Ericsson dude. Not Ford field. And as I stated - yes, they have a good DL.

BTW: Panthers are favored by 4 points.

Lions are at the Panthers so our LBs will be as slow or as fast as they were yesterday.

Don't sweat it dude. Your right on though, we may have more trouble running than passing this week.

However, Miami hung 49 on their asses and Ricky Williams ran wild. Wouldn't it be killer to be 2-0 this time next week!

Detroit also hung 21 on one of the toughest D's in the league. Anyone who thinks next week is a cakewalk is in for a surprise.
