    Carolina squeaks by Clemson

    Duke kills VA by 12.

    Hmmmmm.

Carolina and GT and Duke and NCST. I think Duke has the tougher game today. We will see if UNC still wants to play crappy for most of the game and turn it on in the last 4 minutes.

If Elder is on, Georgia Tech will be tough to beat. They played real well yesterday. UNC better feel lucky to even be in this game. Felton bailed them out big time

Funny that anyone who looked at the final scores of those games wouldn't get the whole picture. Yes, Carolina squeaked by, but they still won by 8 points. And yes Duke killed UVa, but they only won by 12.

how many times have you seen teams struggle in the first round, survive the big scare and then get it all together for the finals. i remember when nc state won their national championship in 83 they nearly lost to somebody out west in triple ot in the first round. maybe it was pepperdine? valvano said it best......survive and advance.
