    ...I'm so falling for.
    I can't watch those boring pompous cooking shows and if I wanted to see bad italian stereotypes I'd watch a mob movie.

    30 minute meals is a joy. Quick yet extravagant two to four course meals on the cheap and on the quick. Some of my favorites so far:

    *Broccolini with Garlic & Asagio; Veal Marsala with Egg Fettucine; Quick Tiramisu
    *Mahi Mahi Steaks with Mango Salsa and Curry Couscous;
    Pina Colada Sundae
    *Smoked Cheddar Quesadillas with Yellow Tomato Salsa and Cilantro Lime Sour Cream
    *four cheese grilled cheese with homemade soup and chocolate covered frozen banana pops

    $40 a day is a great travel show, too.

    Forced? I dunno. Maybe quirky. I like it, though. She's way overenthusiastic.

    Iron Chef and Unwrapped were/are great. I'm sure there are plenty of serious food shows on there, but I couldn't care less.
