It leaves those little bits of adhesive on your skin too.

Go to a running shoe store instead of a store that sells all kinds of athletic equipment (like Dick's Sporting Goods). They will analyze your stride and let you know the best type of shoe for the way that you run.

Thanks Mr McCoy! I've been chatting to a number of folk as well and I'm trying to find the best place for such analysis...( :worried: ).

I'd not thought of that, so I appreciate your input .

    Sorry HG :mushy:

I thought I was the only person who holds their breath when doing something. I do it when I paint or do anything tedious.
I used to get dizzy in art class. I just thought I was excited.

ps: I'm so proud of you :mushy: :mushy: :mushy:

Well, I suck at this. Really.

The good news is, that a guy at work is a running nut and gave me some good pointers. Really helpful stuff - mainly about technique and such. He's encouraged me to keep going at it.

And I need that sports bra. If it doesn't arrive soon - I'm going to tape them down :crybaby:.

Fanks matey! If you saw me though...jeeze. I can hear you now..."oh my. That's pitiful".

It's not so much a run, as a scurry :curtain:.

    HoneyBoobs! :laugh3: :suicide: just kidding

If it was convenient I'd take up swimming. It's supposedly the best form of exercise there is.
