    So if Obiwan can kick Anakin's butt by himself then Luke with Obiwan helping should have never had a problem with Vader in empire or had his hand chopped off?

    So correct me if I am wrong. At the end of the whole thing is Luke and Leia the only remaining Jedi's? Obi, Yoda and Vader are gone so.....

    so when the emperor is killed by vader, why didn't he just "become part of the force" so he could fuck with things later?

    Obi Wan told Luke that if he rushed off to face Vader, he'd have to "do it alone. I cannot help you".

    No, Luke is the only Jedi. Leia hasn't been trained yet. Likewise, you'd have to think that there are several more untrained throughout the galaxy, though many of them might be babies that Vader hadnt killed yet.

    Its also possible that other Jedi did like Obi-Wan and Yoda did and went in to hiding, but that question won't ever really be answered.

    There were no more Jedi, but there were plenty of beings with the ability to manipulate the Force. These were the people Luke sought out to begin the new academy.

    I guess that ability only came about when Quigon Jin learned it. Unless you received the training you could not do it. I guess they sought out Anakin after his death to teach him so he could be at the Ewok barbeque........
