What happens when a player drafted in the spring decides to hoild out all year and re-enter the draft next spring. Is the team that originally drafted him awarded any type of compensation?

    Who's Minnesota's GM?

Figure they let Rudd walk, they had Underwood, who they got nothing out of, they got one good one in Hovan and another in Moss. And now they pick a player they didn't really want (they did need an offensive tackle, naturally, more than the DT they wanted in Sims...who would have been better than Robbins, Worthen, and Howard, but not enough to take away from OT, LB, DE, CB), and then can't even sign him. Minnesota could have jsut as easily used either of the other three DTs, or Williams, or Buchanon. Any of the three spots would have really upgraded them as well as reaches like Freeney or Levi Jones.

So who's the GM? And why's he this bad?
