question about sweet tea

    Try to keep up, slowpoke. I know there's syrup in soft drinks. It shouldn't be in tea, which is why I don't partake.

    Grid- the water has to be scalding hot to melt the sugar real good.


    -Put 1 cup of sugar in a 1 gallon jug.

    -Put 4 family sized Lipton tea bags in the basket of the coffee maker and make it just like coffee.

    -When the tea is finished, slowly pour it in with the sugar while stirring the shit out of it.

    -Add warm water, while stirring, to the top of the jug.


    Then run home and slap your momma for not teaching you how to make sweet tea as a youngin'.

    Made tea tonight the same way except I needed it colder sooner so I used ice. We had 12 people at our house and I have no tea.
